HUGE RIPP OFF!!!!!!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM AIS ADULT TOY SUPPLIER!!! Once we realized what a scam it is we wanted to pull out and they demanded $500 we refused to pay and they kept our URL and continued to use OUR graphics. I have also had friends purchases a few items and not once seen any commission from the sales! ONLY one making money here is Dan Knezevic, CEO

Rip Off!!!
My wife and I thought this would be a fun side business. Turns out you are not getting what you pay for. Your Adult Store (YAS) is also Adriatic Internet Services (AIS). They talk a good game. Do not pay for any of the upgrades of which can cost as much as $3,000 but of course they lower the price to $1,500. This is the top tier upgrade of which they boost a Site Map will help boost your sales etc.
First you have to really advertise on your own, spending lots of more money of which my wife and I did not do. We, after receiving a faulty site map and nasty emails from customer service disputed the charges with our bank.
This firm operates in deceptive trade and advertisement manner to lure you in. They will give you links to sites that they claim make lots of money; false, those sites turned out to be fake.
We blame ourselves for ever wanting to go into a web based adult business. It seemed so easy but reality is, AIS/YAS makes the bulk of its money from the hosting fees and the upgrades of which are basic. The catch is, you join then you find out you do not have certain features like order tracking, email, inventory control and more. Turns out you pay for those and so they have already got you for a one year contract. They do not disclose the upgrades until after a week of you being with them then they call you or email you with the upgrade options. The pitch is good but do not do it in fact do even both with this firm.
I read all the reviews here and yes it's pretty much the same old players. Far as the dispute I had to pay the host fee but the $1,500 is still ongoing after 4 months of which for every dispute you hurt their merchant account rating.
I should have done a more in-depth search for the firm, they even have fake reviews out there making them look good... Adriatic by the way, is an arm of the Mediterranean between Slovenia and Croatia and Montenegro and Albania on the east and Italy on the west. For all we know the firm supports terrorist.

There is no mention of the $1329.00 I had to pay..also notice where it says (markup from wholesale)not true you dont get wholesale, you have to pay another $1000.00 for that..
Also notice the growth and development department..That does not exist either..After refusing to pay over $6000.00 for there services they have not offered one bit of help, in fact they do not even returne calls or messages..they should call it the BEND OVER DEPARTMENT.
I have filed a report with the AZ/BBB and adriatic did not even respond in 30 days.. Why would a honest company not responde to the BBB
You will see Bob Klinghagen's rebutal's here on rippoffreport saying you have to market your website after each complaint,but he continues to ignore the fact that we are tired of the lies and deceptions..
As far as marketing go's i spend 2/4hrs a day working on my website and have spent 400.00 on one particular event only to find out that 90% of my inventory was out of stock..no warning nothing from the company,another 400.00 down the drain..besides the countless hours and $$ that i have put in without any help from this two bit company
